Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting on behalf of a national client for an Assistant Building Manager to join their onsite team. You will serve as the face of the building, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing front‑of‑house operations and driving a welcoming community culture for all residents.

This is a full-time, permanent role at 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary up to 34,500 per annum, plus a pension, holidays and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising customer-facing teams in service settings.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to use basic CRM or operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident enquiries and community activities.
• Supervise front-of-house and reception operations for seamless service.
• Coordinate daily rosters for customer service and housekeeping staff.
• Oversee cleaning standards, site walk-throughs and contractor visits.
• Support occupancy targets by hosting property tours and leads.
