You will be the face of the building, delivering excellent customer service, managing front-of-house operations and supporting a welcoming resident community.

The Package:
Competitive salary of up to £34,500 per annum

Serve as the primary point of contact for resident enquiries, complaints, and community activities

Supervise community hub and reception operations to ensure seamless daily service
.
Guide and coordinate daily rotas for customer service and housekeeping staff
.
Oversee cleaning standards, perform site walk-throughs, and coordinate contractor visits
.
Support occupancy targets by hosting property tours and assisting with prospective resident leads
.
Warm, approachable leadership style with strong problem-solving skills
.
Good organisational skills and comfort using basic CRM or operational systems
