Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an Assistant Building Manager to join the onsite team in Bath. You will be the face of the building, delivering excellent customer service and overseeing front-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising customer-facing teams in hospitality, retail, or residential property.

• Organised with ability to use CRM or operations systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for resident enquiries, complaints, and activities.
• Supervise community hub and reception operations for seamless service.
• Coordinate daily rotas for customer service and housekeeping staff.
• Oversee cleaning standards, site walk-throughs, and contractor visits.
• Support occupancy targets by hosting property tours and leads.
