The role focuses on NetApp storage, Cohesity backups, VMware integration, and maintaining availability across three data centres. You will handle incidents, change requests, and contribute to service improvement while working with a skilled team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing NetApp storage in enterprise environments.
• Experience with NetApp storage hardware and NAS/SAN technologies.
• VMware integration with NetApp.
• Experience with Cohesity backup platforms.
• ITIL/ITSM processes and incident management experience.
• Ability to work under SLAs and KPIs.
• Experience handling P1/P2 incidents and RCA.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd Line support across enterprise storage and backup environments.
• Administer NetApp storage and Cohesity backup platforms.
• Investigate incidents, service requests and problems within SLAs.
• Handle Severity 1 & 2 incidents and contribute to RCA.
• Administer NAS and SAN environments.
• Support VMware integration with NetApp.
• Configure storage fabric switches and SAN zoning.
• Monitor storage capacity, performance, availability and resilience.
• Plan and carry out storage software and firmware upgrades.
• Install and commission new storage and backup hardware.
• Raise and present Change Requests per change processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Support continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Share knowledge with the team.
