Anson McCade in Stevenage is seeking a 2nd Line Backup & Storage Engineer to join our IT operations. You will manage NetApp storage, Cohesity backup environments, and NAS/SAN systems with VMware integration.

The role focuses on incident resolution, capacity planning, and change control, with shifts from 07:00-15:30 or 10:30-19:00, weekdays and optional overtime. Security clearance required.

Qualifications

Experience with NetApp storage in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of NAS/SAN concepts and VMware integration.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve Sev1/Sev2 incidents within SLAs.
Monitor and manage NetApp storage and Cohesity backups across data centres.
