• Experience with Cohesity backup platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support for enterprise storage and backup environments.
• Administer NetApp storage and Cohesity backup platforms.
• Investigate incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Manage P1/P2 incidents and contribute to RCA.
• Handle NAS/SAN environments and VMware integration with NetApp.
