Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading a team and coaching performance.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs (sales, availability, satisfaction).
• Ability to manage employee relations issues (discipline, attendance) and drive performance.
• Leadership of store operations in the absence of senior management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and orchestrate the delivery of an online picking and delivery team to support in-store online service.
• Be a visible leader, coaching a large team of shoppers and drivers for a seamless and safe shopping experience.
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure a cohesive shopping experience across online and in-store channels.
• Manage performance, scheduling, and pay, including disciplinary actions when required.
