Sainsbury's is seeking an Online Store Manager in Warrington to deliver and coordinate an in-store online service. You will lead a team of shoppers and drivers, ensuring a seamless, safe shopping experience for both online and in-store customers.

The role requires proven frontline leadership, a track record of excellent customer service, and a strong focus on KPI delivery. You will work closely with other managers to maintain overall store performance and staff scheduling.

Formación

• Proven track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues.
• Experience leading a fast-paced, customer-facing team.
• Ability to meet or exceed KPIs such as sales or availability.
• Experience handling employee relations issues including performance and absence.
• Comfortable leading operations in the absence of senior management.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and orchestrate the delivery of an online picking and delivery team to ensure the success of the in-store online service.
• Be a visible leader, engaging and coaching a large team of shoppers and drivers to deliver a seamless and safe shopping experience for all online and in-store customers.
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure the success of the shopping experience of the overall store.
• People management is a big part of the role, managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate.
