Sainsbury's Limited in Worcester is seeking an Online Store Manager to lead the in-store online picking and delivery team, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for both online and in-store customers. The role requires hands-on leadership, early morning shifts, and a strong focus on service quality.

You will manage performance and scheduling, coach staff, and collaborate with colleagues to drive KPI achievement and high standards across the store operations.

Formación

• Previous line management experience in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Brilliant customer service and coaching abilities.
• Experience delivering and tracking KPIs.
• Capability to manage disciplinaries and absence issues.
• Ability to lead store operations in absence of senior managers.
• Proven track record of positive customer outcomes and colleague development.
• Experience leading a team in a busy, customer-facing setting.
