Asda in Small Heath, Birmingham, is seeking an Online Manager to lead the day-to-day online operation within the store. You’ll engage the team, optimise rosters, and ensure timely dispatch of online orders while keeping vans on the road and customers happy.
You'll own the online shrink agenda with data-led decisions, driving picker accuracy and overall availability. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning and a passion for exceptional service.
Competenze
- Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in online retail.
- Operational knowledge of online retail environments.
- Proven ability to improve availability, picking rate and shrink management.
- Experience developing teams and leading change.
- Strong organisational skills and customer service.
- Flexible to work weekends and evenings.
Mansioni
- Oversee the online operation on the shopfloor and ensure timely processing of online orders.
- Plan and optimise staff rotas to maintain high service levels and accuracy.
- Use data to drive decisions on picker/resource allocation and shrink reduction.
- Engage and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
