Job summary

Asda in Small Heath is seeking an Online Manager to lead the day-to-day online operation in store, ensuring availability, driving online performance and keeping vans on the road. You will plan rotas, validate picker and driver resources, and use data-driven decisions to improve picking accuracy and shrink reduction while delivering great customer service and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
• Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage online shrink agenda with structured processes and data-led decisions.
• Validate picker and driver resources through effective rota planning to ensure picking accuracy.
• Plan and execute all trading activity on the shopfloor to maintain availability and meet KRAs.
• Lead and coach the team to improve routines and processes while fostering a customer‑centric culture.
• Drive value across the online operation and respond to customer feedback with action plans.
