Job summary
Asda is recruiting an Online Manager to oversee our in-store online operation in Leamington. You’ll lead the team, validate picker and driver resource, and plan rotas to keep vans on the road and customers happy.
Your focus will be on driving availability, accuracy, and a smooth online shopping experience. You’ll bring experience as a team leader in online retail, strong planning, and a passion for delivering great value with heart and pride.
Qualifications
- Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
- Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
- Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
- Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
- Strong organisational skills and great customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day online operation in-store, ensuring efficient rota planning and resource allocation.
- Drive picking accuracy and availability to meet online service targets.
- Engage and coach the team to improve processes and customer service.
- Implement shrink reduction measures through data-led decisions.
- Plan and execute trading activity on the shop floor to support online sales.
