Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager - Online to lead the online picking and delivery team, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers both online and in-store. The role requires coaching a large team of shoppers and drivers, with early morning shifts from 04:00 to 08:00, and close collaboration with other managers to optimize store performance.

You will drive KPI achievement, manage employee relations and performance, and ensure accurate scheduling and pay.

Qualifications

Track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues.
Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Operational leadership and responsibility in store operations.

Responsibilities

Plan and orchestrate the delivery of an online picking and delivery team.
Be a visible leader, coaching shoppers and drivers to deliver a seamless online and in-store experience.
Collaborate with managers to ensure the store's shopping experience succeeds.
Manage performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay accuracy.
