Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking an Online Manager to lead our in-store online delivery operations. You will oversee a team of shoppers and drivers, ensuring a seamless service for both online and in-store customers while working early morning shifts from 04:00 to 08:00.

Your proven line management, focus on customer service and ability to drive KPIs will help maintain high standards, safety, and operational efficiency across the store.

Qualifications

• Proven line management experience in a fast-paced store environment.
• Delivers outstanding customer service and coaches others.
• Drives KPIs for sales, availability and customer satisfaction.
• Experience handling employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Ability to lead operations in absence of senior management.

• Plan and orchestrate the delivery of online picking and delivery teams.
