Job summary

Sainsbury’s is hiring an Online Assistant to help pick and prepare online orders on the shop floor, assist with substitutions when items are out of stock, and load vans for home deliveries. You’ll use a handheld device to plan routes and manage time.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new digital tools and adapt to changing tasks.
• Able to start early hours and work shifts as required.
