You will use a handheld device to plan routes, manage tasks, answer customer questions, and assist with loading vans for Home Delivery. The role offers a fast-paced environment with early starts and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to start early mornings (4am) and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to solve problems and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare online order items for delivery or substitutions when out of stock.
• Use handheld device to plan routes and manage tasks.
• Handle customer queries and process orders; assist with loading vans for Home Delivery.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Work flexibly across the store as required.
