Sainsbury’s is seeking an Online Assistant to support online grocery orders, picking the best quality products and offering substitutions when needed. You’ll use a handheld to plan routes, handle customer queries, process orders, and help load vans for Home Delivery Drivers.

• Provide brilliant service and be ready to help customers with questions and recommendations.
• Build knowledge of products and promotions to offer good recommendations.
• Flexibly cover store shifts as required.
