Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing items online orders for delivery or substitutions when out of stock.
• Using a handheld device to plan routes and complete each shop efficiently.
• Handling customer queries and assisting with order processing and loading vans.
• Providing excellent service and helping customers with questions.
• Building product knowledge to make recommendations and promotions.
• Working flexibly across the store as required.
