Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a Lead Online Manager to direct the online delivery operation across stores in our network. You will lead a team of managers, own scheduling, and drive on-time deliveries to customers.

The role requires a track record of managing managers in a fast-paced environment, strong KPI focus, and ability to implement changes that boost efficiency and customer experience. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive store-based rewards.

Responsibilities

• Direct a small team of managers to deliver the online delivery operation and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Plan for upcoming trading events with store leadership team and optimize performance.
• Oversee store overnight operations, coaching for high standards and efficiency.
• Manage pay, scheduling, training and employee relations activities.
