In this role, you will greet customers warmly, engage with them to understand their shopping needs, recommend products, and ensure a great shopping experience.

You should also be a team player, keeping the store tidy, stocked, and offering excellent services.

You will need

To succeed, you should:

• Greet each customer with a friendly welcome
• Listen to and discuss customer needs
• Help customers find products
• Be passionate and knowledgeable about products and services
• Be punctual, smartly dressed, and ready to serve
• Think age restrictions when serving
• Work as part of a team to complete store duties
• If applicable, complete a criminal record check for post office duties
