About the role

In this role, you will greet and welcome customers warmly, engage with them to understand their shopping needs, sell the right products, and ensure they have a great shopping experience.

You will need to have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, keep the store looking great, and ensure the right products are on the shelves with excellent services on offer.

You will need

As part of the One Stop & Tesco family, you should:

  • Greet each customer with a warm and friendly welcome
  • Listen and talk with customers to understand their needs
  • Assist customers in finding everything they want
  • Be passionate and knowledgeable about our products and services
  • Be punctual, smartly dressed, and ready to serve
  • Think 25 when serving age-restricted products
  • Work as part of a team to complete store duties
  • If applicable, complete a criminal record check for post office duties
