Your role involves greeting customers warmly, engaging with them to understand their shopping needs, selling the right products, and ensuring a great shopping experience.

In addition to excellent customer service, you should be a team player, keeping the store well-presented, stocked, and offering fantastic services.

You will need

Be ready to put customers at the heart of everything, and as part of the One Stop & Tesco family, you should:

• Greet each customer warmly
• Listen to and discuss customer needs
• Ensure customers find everything they want
• Be passionate and knowledgeable about products and services
• Be punctual, smartly dressed, and ready to serve
• Follow age restrictions when serving restricted products
• Work as part of a team to complete store duties
• If applicable, complete a criminal record check for post office duties
