About the role

In this role, you will warmly greet and welcome customers, engage with them to understand their shopping needs, sell suitable products, and ensure they have a great shopping experience.

You should also be a team player, ensuring your store looks great, with the right products on shelves and excellent services available.

You will need

While being ready to do what’s needed to put customers first, as part of the One Stop & Tesco family, you’ll need to:

• Greet each customer warmly
• Listen to and talk with customers to understand their needs
• Ensure customers find everything they want
• Be passionate and knowledgeable about our products and services
• Always be in store, on time, smartly dressed, and ready to serve
• Think 25 when serving age-restricted products
• Work as part of a team to complete store duties
• If applicable, complete a criminal record check for post office duties
