Job Description:

We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments, and maintaining the store’s appearance.

You will play an important role in the store's daily operations, focusing on customer satisfaction and store safety. Responsibilities include serving customers with passion, encouraging feedback, working across various store areas, following safety policies, participating in community events, understanding store performance, and ensuring safety and legal compliance.

If the store has a Post Office Local, duties will include managing post office operations, which requires passing a background check.
