We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same.
You will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our store activities by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments, and helping maintain the store’s appearance.
As the customer is at the heart of everything we do, you will constantly look for ways to improve service in your store through on-the-job coaching and feedback.
With your guidance, your store will always remain a safe place to work and shop.

One Stop Stores Limited is a retail convenience business with over 1,000 stores across Great Britain, employing more than 10,500 colleagues.
Our stores are open seven days a week from 7am to 10pm, offering a range of fresh and chilled foods, essentials, meal deals, frozen foods, household items, snacks, treats, and beverages. Many stores also offer additional services such as cash machines, Post Office, Parcelshop, bill payments, lottery, and vending solutions like Costa Coffee and Tango Ice Blast.
Part of Tesco since 2003, we operate independently from our Head Office in Brownhills, Walsall, and serve our stores from three distribution centres in Brownhills, Nursling, and Wakefield.
