One Stop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in Chatham to ensure excellent customer service and support daily store operations. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same.
You will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our store activities by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments, and helping maintain the store’s appearance.
Since the customer is at the heart of everything we do, you will constantly look for ways to improve service through on-the-job coaching and feedback.
With your guidance, your store will always remain a safe place to work and shop.
