Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies across the RFP/bid defense cycle. You will bridge sales, medical, and operations to ensure seamless execution and support the Business Development process.

The role requires deep knowledge of biopharma landscape, CRO experience, and strong leadership to guide project teams through strategy delivery and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the biopharma landscape and drug development lifecycle.
• Experience in the CRO industry.
• Proficiency in GCP and ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations and other functions to develop tailor-made strategies to differentiate IQVIA in proposals.
• Scan the therapeutic and operational landscape to develop long-term implementation strategies.
• Maintain understanding of current and future market trends affecting delivery strategies.
• Mentor and guide the Project Leader to present strategy to client and stakeholders.
• Support Sales in preparation and conduct of customer and bid defense meetings.
• Attend or lead bid defense or customer meetings when required.
• Identify quality issues within studies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure project budgets meet financial goals, including Gross New Business.
