Job summary

IQVIA in Reading seeks a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies across the RFP/Bid Defense cycle, coordinating Sales, Medical, and Operations to ensure successful project execution. You will guide project strategy, balance external research with IQVIA data, and support client engagements and bid defenses.

The role requires deep knowledge of clinical research, regulatory guidelines, and strong leadership in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with global clinical research experience (director level)
• Hands-on operational delivery and/or drug development experience in IMM
• Excellent written, verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

• Actively collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations, and other functions to develop tailor-made project strategies
• Scan therapeutic and operational landscapes to develop long-term implementation plans
• Guide and mentor project leadership to present strategy to client and stakeholders
• Support Sales in preparation and conduct of customer and bid defense meetings
