Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies across the RFP/bid defense lifecycle, bridging sales, medical and operations. You will guide project leaders, support sales during customer and bid defenses, and ensure alignment with client needs and strategic goals.

In this role, you will tailor strategies using internal and external data, monitor market trends, and champion project-centric delivery to maximize value and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with global clinical research experience at director level, including hands-on operational delivery and/or drug development in IMM.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations and other functions to craft tailor-made strategies that differentiate IQVIA in proposals.
• Scan therapeutic and operational landscapes to develop long-term implementation strategies maximizing value.
• Maintain understanding of market trends impacting delivery strategies and projects.
• Act as champion for project centricity and enable project teams to implement strategy sold.
• Leverage data from external research and internal sources to build comprehensive project strategies.
