Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies across the RFP/bid cycle, bridging sales, medical and operations to win compelling proposals.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, scan market trends, and leverage data to shape project strategy while mentoring the Project Leader and supporting sales in customer and bid defense meetings. A life sciences degree and CRO experience are required; fluent English and strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with global clinical research experience at director level.
• Hands-on operational delivery and/or drug development experience in the applicable therapeutic area (Cardiology).
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must have prior CRO industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations to create tailored project strategies.
• Develop long-term implementation strategies based on landscape scans.
• Monitor current and future market trends impacting delivery strategies.
• Champion project centricity and support project delivery teams.
• Leverage internal and external data to build project strategy.
• Mentor the Project Leader to present strategy to clients and stakeholders.
• Support Sales in customer meetings and bid defenses.
• Attend or lead bid defenses and customer meetings as required.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure budgets meet financial goals including Gross New Business.
