Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies during the RFP/bid defense cycle. You will bridge sales, medical and operations to ensure seamless execution and compelling proposals across global teams.

You will mentor project leaders, guide cross-functional delivery, and support Sales in client engagements, balancing strategic vision with practical execution in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of scientific, clinical operations, real world, regulatory, operational, commercial and competitive landscape in applicable therapeutic area.
• Strong global knowledge of biopharma industry, drug development lifecycle and operational clinical trial delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP/ICH regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations and other functions to develop tailor-made strategies for proposals and programs.
• Scan landscape and incorporate market trends to build long-term implementation strategies.
• Guide and mentor project leaders to present strategy to client and stakeholders.
• Support Sales in customer and bid defense meetings, including training of project teams.
• Lead or participate in bid defense meetings and client meetings as required.
• Ensure budgets meet financial and company goals, including Gross New Business.
