Job summary

Everything Managed Group is seeking an Onboarding Agent in Newcastle Upon Tyne to coordinate new customer onboarding. You will be the central contact between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to arrange bin deliveries and service start dates.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-boarding contact for new customers, keeping them informed.
• Coordinate bin deliveries and service start dates with customers.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and suppliers.
• Identify and resolve onboarding or delivery issues quickly.
• Provide clear timelines and manage customer expectations.
• Handle onboarding queries via phone/email efficiently.
• Ensure a positive first experience for customers.
• Liaise with supplier depot regarding deliveries and services.
• Perform daily administrative tasks and use CRM systems.
