Job summary

BAE Systems is seeking an Onboarding Manager to drive onboarding requests, access provisioning, and lifecycle account management across IT, security, and HR. You will coordinate with resourcing, business users, and service teams to ensure timely, accurate setup for new starters.

You will focus on process improvements, thorough documentation, and adherence to security and compliance standards, including SC checks, within a hybrid UK work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in business support, PMO or administration.
• Understanding user onboarding and account management processes.
• Proficient in Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for workflow and docs.
• Existing Security Check clearance (SC).

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage onboarding requests.
• Engage with resourcing to identify upcoming joiners/leavers.
• Coordinate account requests, setup, testing, and verification for new starters.
• Work with support and technical teams to prioritise requests and meet timescales.
• Manage account disablement and deletion for departures.
• Track onboarding progress and provide status updates.
• Maintain onboarding records and ensure processes are followed.
