Mover Essentials in Herne Bay is seeking a Client Onboarding Advisor to guide new clients through account setup and AML checks, manage onboarding timelines, and maintain a first-class customer experience.

You will meet KPI targets, liaise with sellers and buyers by phone, and collaborate with stakeholders while using Word, Excel and PowerPoint to document progress and reports. The role sits at our head office with an emphasis on accuracy and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, teammates, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meeting KPI’s in line with business needs.
• Speaking to our sellers and buyers on the phone taking them through Anti Money Laundering process and building rapport with our clients.
• Liaising with various stakeholders.
• Upselling or cross selling depending on client requirements.
• Managing onboarding processes.
