Job summary

TP ICAP Group in Belfast is seeking an Onboarding Analyst to become an integral member of the Client Onboarding team. You will support BAU client lifecycle activities, complete KYC/AML checks, and contribute to efficient onboarding across multiple businesses.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Front Office, and Operations, mentoring junior colleagues and driving process improvements in a fast-paced financial services environment within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with high organisation and proactivity.
• Strong analytical ability and problem solving in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to adapt to audience.
• Experience in fast-paced or pressured environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Significant experience of financial markets and in a similar organisation.
• Experience in training or mentoring junior colleagues.
• Experience overseeing colleagues' work and understanding risk and controls.
• Knowledge of TP ICAP brand and in-house systems.
• Experience in change/project management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver BAU client lifecycle processes and meet defined service levels.
• Complete onboarding cases for low/medium/high risk clients with KYC/AML checks.
• Monitor negative media alerts and escalate to compliance as needed.
• Perform client screening using screening tools for BAU cases.
• Support Team Lead and transition functions in/out of the Client Lifecycle team.
• Manage group mailbox and allocate emails; build relationships with Operations and Front Office Brokers.
• Provide training to junior colleagues and contribute to process improvements.
• Promote efficient BAU service across the EMEA region.
