Job summary

Timeline is a fintech company seeking a proactive onboarding specialist to ensure seamless transfer and setup for advisor clients. You will partner with BDMs, Investment Analysts and developers to deliver a superior onboarding experience.

Responsibilities include leading implementation, engaging clients regularly, and monitoring KPIs to ensure success. Occasional travel to London and regional events are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Understanding of what financial advisers do and the financial planning process.
• Familiarity with cashflow tools, platforms and MPS.
• Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to an evolving business.
• Self-confidence to take initiative and seek support when needed.
• Distill complex financial concepts into simple language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding for new firms and lead implementation calls and training demos.
• Engage with existing firms to maximise use of services.
• Monitor KPIs for your firms and coordinate actions with BDMs.
• Liaise with Adviser Success/Technical Associates to meet adviser requirements.
• Support regional BDM with events and prospective discussions.
• Draft and issue contracts and client file setup; respond to queries promptly.
