Job summary

Together is seeking an Operational Trainer to support onboarding and development of new colleagues in Sales. You will implement a blended learning approach using the 70:20:10 model, design and run colleague academies and ensure alignment with the Together framework.

You will work with Risk, Central Talent and Development, HR and operations to continuously improve training content, monitor progress and provide coaching where needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training delivery, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment.
• Experience in a sales focused role.
• Strong understanding of onboarding processes and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging onboarding programmes for new colleagues.
• Ensure new recruits understand processes, systems and compliance requirements.
• Support individuals to achieve role competence within set timeframes.
• Collaborate with Risk, Central Talent, HR and other stakeholders to design colleague academies.
