Job summary

The Openwork Partnership is seeking an Onboarding Consultant to ensure new Advisers, Principals and Firms have a seamless joining experience after joining the network. This 12-month fixed-term contract is field-based and may involve occasional travel.

You will build relationships, coordinate with internal teams, coach new advisers, and ensure compliance with Openwork standards to deliver a smooth onboarding journey.

Qualifications

• Experience across mortgages, protection and wealth is key.
• Experience within another Financial Services network is advantageous.
• Ability to articulate Openwork's process confidently to guide and support advisers.
• Background in adviser development/mentoring/coaching is desirable.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Openwork representative, proactively building strong relationships with new Advisers, Principals and Firms as the key day-one contact.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding journey.
• Provide coaching to new Advisers on sales processes and skills for newly licensed Advisers.
• Ensure Advisers understand Openwork's compliance and quality standards and work with assurance and risk teams.
• Review management information to monitor progress and support actions from specialist teams.
• Orchestrate a smooth handover on completion of the onboarding period.
