Job summary

Just Mortgages is seeking an ambitious Learning and Development Trainer to join our growing Training Department. You will design, develop and deliver training programmes, ensuring compliance and a high standard of customer service across teams.

You will liaise with leadership to perform Development Needs Analysis, craft blended learning solutions and drive improvements in sales and customer experience through effective training delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering training programmes.
• Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify gaps.
• Proven track record in crafting blended learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver Training Programmes to meet procedural compliance and legislative requirements.
• Liaise with management to carry out Development Needs Analysis for teams.
• Deliver training and develop programmes for Just Mortgages with a blended learning approach.
• Evaluate trainee progress and adjust training to improve performance.
• Maintain training manuals reflecting current policy and legislation.
