Job summary

Bestway Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for our On-Trade Sales team. You will manage relationships with On-Trade customers in designated regions and drive new business, with a view to nationwide expansion.

You will ensure product supply and deliver strong revenue growth. The role requires proven On-Trade sales experience, excellent negotiation and networking skills, and the ability to work independently while staying focused on profitability and targets.

• Own account profitability and manage P&L for your portfolio.
• Develop new business via leads and lapsed customers.
• Identify opportunities for new product development and packaging.
