Job summary

Bestway Group in the UK is looking for a Territory Sales Manager for our On-Trade Sales team. You will maintain relationships with On-Trade customers and build new ones.

The core geography spans North-East Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and the Humber, and Nottinghamshire, with potential nationwide expansion. Competitive salary, pension, 21 days annual leave and life assurance.

• Building effective working relationships with all On-Trade outlets within the designated geographic area.

• Providing exceptional and transparent levels of customer service at all times.
• Managing profit and loss on your own accounts.
• Achieving target levels of new business through effective management of new leads and lapsed customers for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
• Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets and feedback on trends.
• Developing periodic call plans and period objectives while focusing on bigger opportunities.
• Presenting plans and period performance reviews to the Sales Director.

• Increase the spend of existing Customers, seeking innovative ways to capture the maximum sales value from each venue.
• Ensuring prompt and efficient supply of products to customers
• Driving loyalty and retention through the building of effective and long-lasting customer relationships.
• Providing exceptional and transparent levels of customer service at all times
• Responsibility for profit and loss on your own accounts
• Achieving target levels of new business through effective management of new leads and lapsed customers for revenue, profitability and sales growth
• Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets - this would include any ideas for New Product Development and packaging solutions
• Managing the market excellence / intelligence process - gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends
• Driving promotional participation and communicate the launch of all relevant new products.
• Supporting customers to achieve growth by utilising our strong relationships with Global, Regional and Local brands to enhance their offering.
• Feedback Customer and Competitor intelligence to allow timely responses to market trends, threats and opportunities.
• Developing periodic call plans and period objectives whilst managing your time effectively focussing on the bigger opportunities.

We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager for our On-Trade Sales team.

You will take responsibility for both maintaining relationships with our On-Trade Customers and building new ones. Our core customer base currently spans North-East Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and the Humber, and Nottinghamshire. You will play a key part in expanding and developing on a nationwide scale.
