Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support Engineer role across multiple sites in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows devices, hardware and software.
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management principles and incident/change processes.
• Confidence supporting collaboration tools, Microsoft Teams, meeting room tech and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, high-quality IT support across hardware, software and workplace technologies.
• Own technical issues from diagnosis to resolution with minimal disruption.
• Support technology across UK locations, including meeting rooms and devices.
• Contribute to Microsoft 365, Copilot and broader digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and reduce recurring issues.
• Provide guidance and training for meetings, events and workplace activities.
