Job summary

Portico seeks a Receptionist / Welcome Host for a multi-occupied office building in Central London. You will manage visitor bookings, welcome guests, report maintenance issues to the Client, and contribute to concierge services to create a memorable first impression.

You will work as part of a three-person team, ensuring a warm, professional atmosphere. Hours vary across shifts (7:00-16:00, 8:00-17:00, 9:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00).

Qualifications

• Knowledge or previous experience of receptionist / Front of House role would be ideal.
• Good customer service background (hotels or the like) high organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with working in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Manage visitor bookings and liaise with the Client to report maintenance issues.
• Welcome guests and visitors and ensure a lasting first impression for the building.
• Support concierge services and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere as part of a small team.
• Be the face of the building, using interpersonal skills to create a positive visitor experience.
