Job summary

Adria Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer in Bristol for a hybrid, full-time role. You will deliver frontline and second-line support across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and workplace technology while helping colleagues adopt efficient IT practices.

You will handle hardware troubleshooting, user accounts, collaboration tools, and IT deployments, contributing to system improvements and smooth operations. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in IT and application support, including two years of second-line support.
• Strong practical knowledge of Active Directory administration, Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting laptop hardware.
• Confidence using a ticket-based helpdesk system.
• Experience supporting video conferencing and meeting room equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, customer-focused IT support across hardware, software and user accounts.
• Manage helpdesk tickets from receipt to resolution, communicating updates to users.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 laptops, docking stations, monitors and peripherals.
• Administer Active Directory and Entra ID accounts; manage joiners and leavers.
• Support Exchange Online distribution lists and Microsoft Teams groups.
• Assist with deployments, office projects and technology upgrades.
• Investigate issues affecting automated processes and phishing awareness tools.
