Job summary

Job&Talent is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the successful operational delivery and continued growth of one of our key Job&Talent Global Clients. The role focuses on managing worker bookings, accurate payroll inputs, and compliance across a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with teams to resolve queries, maintain high standards of organisation, and sustain client satisfaction while driving ongoing recruitment and site support objectives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a coordination, recruitment, or site support role within a high-volume staffing or logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing worker bookings on a daily basis in line with the clients requirements and adherence to parameters that are set
• Ensuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into the internal payroll system accurately
• Temporaries Management: Daily check ins, managing absence, return to work interviews, managing attendance & performance and conducting disciplinaries.
• Dealing with colleagues queries
• Good planning and organisation skills
• Ensuring compliance in all areas
