Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in LAN Switching and Routing.
• Understanding of Firewall Technologies (Cisco, Palo, Forcepoint).
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st & 2nd Line Support and manage SLA's.
• Proactive monitoring and management of customer networks.
• Support and maintain networking hardware and software infrastructure.
