Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar mechanical services role.
• Comfortable using CAFM systems and Android tablets.
• Desirable: Legionella (L8) training, IOSH Working Safely or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support compliance PPM including L8 water hygiene tasks.
• Provide accurate time and material estimates for minor works.
• Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as required.

City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in mechanical discipline
