Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd seeks an IT Support technician to monitor and repair IT systems across a production environment in Ellesmere. You will configure Digi/Marel labelling devices and manage network infrastructure to ensure a secure, resilient site.

The role requires strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, hands-on hardware skills, and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure while coordinating with group IT and site teams. On-site 40 hours weekly, with interview discussion.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Office apps in a production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Ellesmere.

Responsibilities

• Support, repair and monitor IT systems across departments.
• Configure and support Digi/Marel Retail Labelling machines.
• Maintain IT network infrastructure securely.
• Manage backups, antivirus and Windows updates.
• Administer Microsoft 365.
• Handle production governance tasks and issue tracking.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Provide on-site and face-to-face user support.
• Coordinate with Group IT and site teams.
