Hollybank Trust is seeking a Digital Support Specialist to join the IT team on site in Mirfield. The role provides high-quality first-line IT support and handles more complex issues as needed, mentoring colleagues and contributing to service improvements.

The position requires a Relevant Level 3 IT/Digital qualification or equivalent. The broader team focuses on daily IT operations, incident management, and project support in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Required Level 3 IT/Digital qualification or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• End User Support and incident resolution across supported systems and devices.
• Take ownership of more complex or high-impact issues.
• Support colleagues with troubleshooting and escalation.
• Maintain clear communication with users and manage ticket priorities.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to service improvements and knowledge articles.
• Escalate infrastructure, security, supplier, and specialist issues as needed.
• Support digital projects, service improvements, and system changes.
