Job summary

Hollybank Trust is seeking a Digital Support Specialist to join the IT Team in Mirfield. The role provides high-quality first-line IT support and handles more complex issues as needed, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

The position is full-time (37 hours per week) with a salary of £28,000 per annum. DBS checks are part of the recruitment process and enhanced benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant Level 3 IT/Digital qualification or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support across IT systems and devices.
• Resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Take ownership of complex/high-impact issues and drive resolution.
• Support colleagues with troubleshooting and escalation.
• Maintain clear user communication and manage ticket priorities.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to service improvements and knowledge articles.
• Escalate infrastructure, security, supplier, and specialist issues as needed.
• Support digital projects and system changes, and lead smaller projects when delegated.
